Guest Service Associate
Join our team as a Guest Service Associate at the Energyplex! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to operate our entertainment attractions, concession, and/or front desk while delivering outstanding guest service. This is a great opportunity to interact with guests, create memorable experiences, and be part of a fun, dynamic team.
No experience? No problem! If this is your first job, we provide thorough training to set you up for success.
Compensation: starting at minimum wage in BC
Your Responsibilities

Safely operate entertainment activities, adhering to all safety guidelines.

Proactively anticipate and resolve guest issues, providing excellent service with or without assistance.

Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.

Engage with guests regularly, ensuring a positive and lasting experience.

Stay organized and aware of party schedules to successfully execute booked events.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of both the activity you operate and the entire facility.
Your Skills

You have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

You have the physical ability to walk or stand for the entire shift.

You have the capability to reach, lift, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe as required.
Job Type

This is a part-time position (8-20 hours per week), with full-time hours (3-5 days/week) during holidays/SD23 school breaks.

You must be available able to work at least one day on the weekend.
