General Questions
- 01No, the Energyplex does not have trampolines or a foam pit. We removed them in 2020.

- 03Yes, depending on the season! In the winter, everyone must wear socks to help keep our floors clean and dry. In the summer, all kids must wear socks. Adults can keep their shoes on in general areas, but will need socks if they’re going on the play structures. We sell socks for all ages if you forget a pair 😊
- 04Yes, a waiver must be signed for every guest entering the facility. Individuals must be at least 16 years old to sign their own waiver. You must be 19 years or older to sign a waiver on behalf of someone else, and all waivers must be completed in person at the front desk.Guests ages 12 to 15 who are being dropped off must have someone aged 19 or older come inside to sign their waiver before they can enter.
- 05No, unfortunately we do not allow any outside food or drinks (with the exception of water of course). If you booked a kids birthday party with us, you may bring in a birthday cake to eat in your party room as long as it is nut free.
- 06All children must be at least 12 years old to be dropped off. A separate drop-off waiver must be signed in person by an adult upon arrival. Children can be dropped off for a maximum of 2 hours. For kids under 12, we have a Day Camp program during summer and spring break.

Kids Birthday Parties

- 02Please reserve your party for the number of children you plan to invite. You can confirm your final guest count at check-in, but all packages have a minimum charge of eight children. If additional children arrive after you have checked in, we’ll ask you to return to the front desk to add them to your party before they enter. The yellow, orange, blue, and green rooms accommodate up to 16 children. The red room accommodates up to 25 children.
- 03Other than a nut-free birthday cake or cupcakes, outside food and drinks are not permitted. If a child has an allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know at check-in as we have alternative options available.
- 04Yes! You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes, and we have a fridge and freezer available for storage. Please ensure your cake or cupcakes are nut-free, as Energyplex is a nut-aware facility and we want to keep our guests and team as safe as possible. Please bring your own plates and forks. We can provide a knife for cutting the cake and a lighter if needed. No other outside food or drinks are permitted.
- 05Yes! Additional whole pizzas and fruit or vegetable platters can be added during the online booking process. Whole pizzas may also be added at check-in or purchased from the concession during your party. If you would like to add a fruit or vegetable platter after booking, please call or email us at least six days before your party. Our concession will also be open throughout your party, with additional food options available for purchase.
- 06All party rooms include wall and ceiling decorations. You’re welcome to bring table decorations, such as a tablecloth or balloon bouquets. Please do not bring wall or ceiling decorations, piñatas, or confetti.
- 07Depends on the season! In the winter everyone must wear socks in our facility to avoid getting the floors wet & dirty. In the summer we only ask that all kids wear socks – adults can keep their shoes on in the general areas (summer months only) but will require socks if they are going into the play areas. We sell socks for all ages in case someone forgets to bring them!
- 08Absolutely! Parents and other supervising adults are welcome to stay, and there is no admission charge for adults. They can join the celebration or relax and catch up together in our on-site lounge while the kids play.
- 09No, but please arrive 10-15 minutes before your reserved party time to allow for a smooth check-in.
- 10Yes! You and your guests are able to stay longer in the general areas but please leave your party room at the scheduled end time. Please note you cannot eat your cake in the general seating area but we can hold on to it for you until you are ready to leave.
Day Camp
- 01Children must be between 6 and 11 years old to attend our Energyplex Kelowna Day Camp.
- 02Yes! While we typically do not allow outside food or drinks in the facility, we make an exception for our day camp program. All outside food must be eaten in the designated day camp room. We are a nut-aware facility, and no nuts or nut products are permitted to help protect other campers, staff, and guests. You also have the option to add our lunch program during booking or at check-in. 😊
- 03Drop off: between 9 am - 9:30 amPick up: between 3:30 pm - 4 pm
- 04At drop-off, you will be asked to provide the name of the person who will be picking up your child. The designated individual must show valid photo ID when signing your child out. If someone else arrives to pick up your child, we will contact you first to confirm before releasing them.
- 05Yes. All campers must be booked in advance, either online or in person. We do not accept phone bookings. Registration closes 24 hours prior or once we are fully booked.
