General questions

Which activities will be open during my visit?

Does everyone need to wear socks?

Yes, depending on the season! In the winter, everyone must wear socks to help keep our floors clean and dry. In the summer, all kids must wear socks. Adults can keep their shoes on in general areas during the summer, but will need socks if theyโ€™re going on the play structures. We sell socks for all ages if you forget a pair ๐Ÿ˜Š

Do I need to sign a waiver for myself and/or others?

Yes, a waiver must be signed for every guest entering the facility. Individuals must be at least 16 years old to sign their own waiver. You must be 19 years or older to sign a waiver on behalf of someone else, and all waivers must be completed in person at the front desk.

Guests ages 12 to 15 who are being dropped off must have someone aged 19 or older come inside to sign their waiver before they can enter.

Can I bring in my own snacks/drinks?

No, unfortunately we do not allow any outside food or drinks (with the exception of water bottles from home). If you booked a kids birthday party with us, you may bring in a birthday cake to eat in your party room.

Can I drop off my child?

All children must be at least 12 years old to be dropped off. A separate drop-off waiver must be signed in person by an adult upon arrival. Children can be dropped off for a maximum of 2 hours.

What are the age, height, and weight restrictions for the activities?

Kids Zone: Ages 0-14 and their accompanying adults

Arcade: All ages

Rock: Min. weight = 22 lbs, Max. weight = 330 lbs

Laser tag: Ages 6 and up

Skytrax: Min. height: 48″, Max. height = 6’6″, Max. weight = 275 lbs

Kids Birthday Parties

I booked a party with you - can I bring in outside food or drinks?

Other than your birthday cake, we do not allow any outside food or drinks in our facility. For kids with allergies, we have alternative food options that are prepared with the proper food handling protocols to avoid cross contamination.

Is there a fridge or freezer to store my cake?

Yes, we have a fridge or freezer to store your cake. Please bring your own plates and forks if you decide to bring a cake. We have knives to cut the cake and lighters available if needed. Please note we do not allow any other outside food or drinks other than your birthday cake.

How many kids do I book for if I don't know how many kids are coming?

Please reserve for the amount of children you are inviting. You can provide us your final numbers upon check-in but please keep in mind the minimum you must pay for is 8. If more children show up than you paid for, we will call you to come to the front desk to pay for the additional guests before we let them inside. Please keep in mind that the maximum number of kids allowed in the yellow, orange, blue, and green room is 16. The maximum capacity in the red room allows for up to 25 kids.

Can we come earlier than the reserved party time?

No, but please arrive 10-15 minutes before your reserved party time to allow for a smooth check-in. This way we can provide the best possible service for all arriving parties.

Do all kids and adults need to wear socks?

Depends on the season! In the winter everyone must wear socks in our facility to avoid getting the floors wet & dirty. In the summer we only ask that all kids wear socks – adults can keep their shoes on in the general areas (summer months only) but will require socks if they are going into the play areas.

We sell socks for all ages in case someone forgets to bring them!

Are the rooms decorated? Do I need to bring decorations?

All rooms have wall and ceiling decorations included. You may bring in decorations for on the table (such as a table cloth) but please do not bring in any wall/ceiling decorations or pinata’s!

Can I add additional food to my booking (apart from what I booked for)?

To add additional whole pizza’s, you can just let us upon check-in (or head over to the concession once you’re inside). If you would like to add on fruit or veggie platters, please contact us at least 6 days prior to your event date.

Do I need to reserve/pay for adults coming to my kid's party?

Adults are free of charge to come into our facility. We do not need to know in advance how many adults are staying for the party but please keep in mind that our party rooms do not offer extra seating for adults.

Day Camp

How old do kids have to be to attend day camp?

Children must be between 6 and 11 years old to attend our day camp.

Can I pack a lunch for my child?

Yes! While we typically do not allow outside food or drinks in the facility, we make an exception for our day camp program. All outside food must be eaten in the designated day camp room. We are a nut-aware facility, and no nuts or nut products are permitted to help protect other campers, staff, and guests. You also have the option to add our lunch program during booking or at check-in. ๐Ÿ˜Š

What time is drop-off and pick-up?

Our doors open at 8:45 AM. Please drop off your child by 9:15 AM, or let us know if you will be arriving later. Pick-up is flexible throughout the day; however, all children must be signed out by 4:00 PM.

Can anyone pick up my child?

At drop-off, you will be asked to provide the name of the person who will be picking up your child. The designated individual must show valid photo ID when signing your child out. If someone else arrives to pick up your child, we will contact you first to confirm before releasing them.

Are reservations required?

Yes. All campers must be booked in advance, either online or in person. We do not accept phone bookings. Registration closes 24 hours prior or once we are fully booked. ๐Ÿ˜Š
